Nick Mulder brings vast leadership experience gained in both the public and private sectors to his position with Global Public Affairs. He provides expert advice and analysis in various areas including transportation and telecommunications policy, sustainable-development strategies, and building partnerships between public and private interests.

During an outstanding 30-year career in the public service, Nick served as the economic advisor to the Premier of New Brunswick and as the Deputy Minister of Transport Canada, Environment Canada, Employment and Immigration, and Supply and Services. He was subsequently the President of Stentor Telecom Policy Inc. An Officer of the Order of Canada, he serves on numerous boards and foundations, such as the Institute of Intergovernmental Affairs at Queen’s University and Hickling Asia, an international consulting firm. Nick has earned a B.A and M.A in Economics as well as an honourary Doctorate from the University of New Brunswick.
