Kristin Anderson

Kristin Anderson is based in our Calgary office.  Prior to joining Global, Kristin worked in Prime Minister Stephen Harper's Office of the Leader of the Opposition. For three years, Kristin played a key role in Conservative Party caucus, coordinating communications messaging, materials, publications and event planning. She also worked in the Conservative Party "war room" in the 2004 election, providing candidate support for media relations and public relations to campaign teams. Kristin has been involved with the Conservative government’s predecessor parties, the Reform Party of Canada and the Canadian Alliance dating from the early-1990's.

Kristin plays a key role on federal government relations campaigns working with clients in the natural resources, infrastructure and transportation sectors across the country. She is leading the development of Global’s cross-Canada service offering for project proponents in the infrastructure sector.  She is further responsible for assisting clients manage emerging government issues, planning and implementing campaigns and brings a unique insight into the Harper government's perspective on policy-making and issues.

Prior to joining the Opposition Leader's Office, Kristin worked for Nortel Networks based in the United Kingdom in their marketing communications department. 

Kristin holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary.
