David Keto
Senior Consultant, Alberta Government Relations

David Keto joins Global Public Affairs Alberta Government Relations practice after a diverse career in provincial government circles across Western Canada.  He served as an Executive Assistant to the Minister for Government Services in Alberta, as well as a Senior Research Officer for the Alberta Government Caucus.  David also worked as a Senior Researcher in the Manitoba Legislative Assembly, and a Legislative Assistant in the British Columbia Legislative Assembly.

Most recently, David was the Project Manager for the Alberta Royalty Review Secretariat, where he was responsible for managing this significant public consultation and policy development exercise.  He worked closely with industry stakeholders and public officials from across the Alberta Government on this critical file.

David provides Global’s clients with creative strategies to address complex and challenging multi-jurisdictional issues. His diverse network of contacts and ability to manage a wide range of interests serves him well in developing the relationships necessary to implement effective government relations strategies for change .

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba.
